Return policy

We have a 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
Returns
We accept returns at the convenience of the customer (in case the size does not fit or the product is different from the image, etc.).
Please complete the return application form and return within 8 days of receiving it.
Please note the following points if the return is for the customer's own reason:
  • Refunds will be made by a gift card (equal to the price of the product) that can only be used on Suigenkyo Online Store and expires in six months.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange the product upon your request. Please fill out the return request form within 8 days of receipt. Refunds will be made in cash and we will provide you with the returning shipping fee.
 
*We do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
*Orders may be cancelled when one-of-a-kind items are out of stock. Please understand this in advance.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be returned. If you have any questions about non-returnable items, please feel free to contact us.
