Life with a pet is full of joy and gives us a sense of security.

We wondered if we could give that feeling so that people could feel it even after their pets had gone.
By creating a pet altar, the craftsmen thought that pet owners could use it as a place to hold their pets close to their hearts.
We also paid particular attention to the materials and finishes so that the altar gives the feeling of warmth and charm when placed next to you.

Natural hinoki cypress is used to express its warmth, and Kazushige Ijiri, a butsudan carver known for his soft impression of carving, puts his heart and soul into his work to express the pet's loveliness.

At Ijiri Engraving Studio, we place great importance on applying the engraving techniques handed down from our predecessors into works that are blended in with the modern society. The service of the company is not limited to shrines and temples, but also focuses on the production of carved nameplates for ordinary homes and signboards for stores and other facilities. The works, which are carved by hand one by one by craftsmen, have warmth and originality, and have a mysterious charm that attracts people.

Income for Craftsman: Craftsman get only less than 10% of selling price?

As written above, craftsman have not controlled last phase of sales channel that resulting in selling price is set by third-party without craftsman’s recognition. There are some cases that only less than 10% of selling price is given to craftsman. We promise with our customer / craftsman that we offer the fair trade with craftsmen in our contract!
