We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns 
We accept returns at the convenience of the customer (in case the size does not fit or the product is different from the image, etc.).
Please complete the return application form and return within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note the following points if the return is for the customer's own reason:

• Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange the product upon your request. Please fill out the return request form within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment and we will provide you with the returning shipping fee.

• We do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
• Orders may be cancelled when one-of-a-kind items are out of stock. Please understand this in advance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Customers in the European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA):
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason. Our standard 14-day return policy and refunds to the original method of payment fully comply with and apply to your statutory right of withdrawal. As stated above, the customer remains responsible for all return shipping costs to Japan.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
