Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns at the convenience of the customer (in case the size does not fit or the product is different from the image, etc.).
Please complete the return application form and return within 8 days of receiving your items.

Please note that refunds will be made by a gift card (equal to the price of the product) that can only be used on Suigenkyo Online Store and expires in six months if the return is for the customer's own reason.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations, as we start preparing for shipping immediately after an order is placed. Please understand that we cannot accept cancellation of orders.


Is it possible to order a large quantity?

We will check the production status with our craftsmen, so please contact us using the inquiry form below with the items you wish to order.

Please note that customs duty may be charged at the time of delivery.


What should I do if I do not receive my order?

The shipping company and tracking number will be clearly indicated in the shipping confirmation e-mail.


My item was damaged during shipping.

Please keep the cardboard boxes, packing materials, and merchandise in the same condition as when you received them.
Please take a picture of the damaged item, attach it to your order confirmation e-mail, and contact us with the details of the damage.
We will ship you a new item or issue a refund.
