We accept returns only if the product is initially defective.

If the product is initially defective, please contact us within one week of receiving the product through our contact page, Or contact us here. contact@suigenkyo.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons. Please understand this in advance.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

Products that have been in our warehouse for more than 7 days after delivery.
Merchandise that has been used after arrival
Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
Products made to order
Wrong size or image


Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations, as we start preparing for shipping immediately after an order is placed. Please understand that we cannot accept cancellation of orders.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

The shipping company and tracking number will be clearly indicated in the shipping confirmation e-mail.


My item was damaged during shipping.

Please keep the cardboard boxes, packing materials, and merchandise in the same condition as when you received them.
Please take a picture of the damaged item, attach it to your order confirmation e-mail, and contact us with the details of the damage.
We will ship you a new item or issue a refund.
