The ichimatsu checkered octagonal smoking pipe created using the traditional Japanese metalworking technique to create a checkered pattern.

By using a unique Japanese metal called “Shibuichi” (Shibuichi means one fourth in Japanese and refers to the formula of one part silver to three parts copper.) and combining it with silver, the Kiseru has the gorgeous monotone finish.

As written above, craftsman have not controlled last phase of sales channel that resulting in selling price is set by third-party without craftsman’s recognition. There are some cases that only less than 10% of selling price is given to craftsman. We promise with our customer / craftsman that we offer the fair trade with craftsmen in our contract!
